anyone know what rims these are???

hey guys, anyone have any idea what rims these are? the ones on the front obviously..
and any idea on what the offset, tyre sizes etc may be?? little hard to tell from that picture, but a rough idea will be cool..

looks like its 15x8 +0 any ideas?
