The party at fault is resposbile for repairing all damage caused. If the person at fault didn't have insurance you'll have to sue them to get the payout which can be very costly and time consuming. But in this case, the person at fault has insurance and will make a claim to fix/replace the OP's car

The person who hit you is responsible to fix the damage to your car, and I'd say it'll be a write off, rear quarters have to be pulled out, panel betters won't want to do that much work more effort than its worth
