    Nah, don't do pulleys.
Go for a bigger TB and change to a RBC might be what your looking for and some tuning for sure.

IMO Stock suspension and handling is quite fun hahah after tracking my car... but yes it's not ideal and you should upgrade your supension / handling in the future but not most important.

Bigger TB dont do jack without cams and new Manifold.

But then with RBC you loose torque... kind of a tradeoff. The IM to lookout for is NOT RBB or RBC, it's the RRC used on the FD2R. it still loose some torque compared to the RBB, but nothing compared to the torque you'd lose switching form RBB to RBC, and RRC gains a heck of a lot power.

Pulley is the next best bang for your buck mod... remember the K is internally balanced so if you get a good quality pully it wont break anything.

Next is intake manifold heat gasket shield and TB heatshield thingy, if you are doing that I'd suggest you use groundwires the TB and engine block, because the DBW motor and engine sensors gounds off the engine block and intake manifold, I found that out when installing the Icebox. The heatshields will cut the ground.
