i guess it would be the alternator, ed civics should be the same. if you can find one at the wreckers or even on here that would be alot cheaper (pm jdm_b16a, he might have a spare), just double check the pulleys use the same belt.

Shame i forgot to take it off my spare parts car before i scrapped it.
