HELP! Best bang for buck tyres!?? Urgent

    Hey guys,

i need new tyres, whats the best bang for buck tyres in the 205/60/16 tyres size.

dont go drifting, twisties or track days so daily commuting, although would love the peace of mind with the traction in the dry and wet!

i dont usually buy tyres just for daily commuting so i dont know, and i dont want cheap china brand tyres that will just slide when theres a wet patch....

In the profile you have mentioned, I would be looking at kumho or toyo options. Talk to your local supplier for prices

    ku31 FTW!

can get em for $110 each fitted/balanced (205/40/17) cheaper for smaller size/profile combo or 245/40/19 for $220each fitted/balanced.

You can also consider the KU18. Got them on the corolla at home (no VTEC, why waste money on performance tyres). Their quieter than KU31 and Michelin equiv. Pricing is similar to KU31. Kumho reckons their better in the wet but have worse treadwear, although the difference shouldn't be great. KU31 is a summer vs KU18 being an all weather.
