    Turbo kit's for a euro?

    Hey guys,

    I've been looking a while for one but as far as I can see.. kit's don't exist?

    Check full race? I have a full race kit (not euro tho) one of the best kits money can buy.

    Cheaper/easier to buy a supercharger kit.

    Sell the car or trade it in and get one which has a factory turbo, ie WRX, XR6, EVO!!

    Yeah, your right, most likely it would be more reliable too but you have a car for long enough and you feel a attachment to it I suppose. I have been contemplating getting something different but not sure what exactly and if it's actually worth it.

    If your not willing to do some serious internal work and ecu, etc to the euro as well as supercharge / turbo than you will be wasting your time. In other words you will not be able to run more than 8 pounds boost without eventually blowing your motor. E.g a standard k24 euro with full motor built NA will keep up if you do not do it properly and by properly you would be spending upwards of 10K EASY

    While true, a S/C kit will give around "50hp" at wheels, or something like 70kw at flywheel? An NA tune of similar state will cost easily twice as much. Even at low boost, it's enough, I don't see the point of having crazy HP for a FWD car anyway.
