    ek4 clusters into an ek1

i currently have an ek1 looking around ebay to find a cluster with a rev tach in it. im only looking for one which have the red line at 7k rpm would these fit into a ek1? engine is still stock (so the d16y4) and would it put anything out?

edit: looking for an ek3 cluster not 4 my bad

You can either get ek gli cluster or ek4 cluster. They will be plug and play and the tacho will work, given the clusters are still in good condition. Only difference is gli goes to 8k and ek4 goes to 9k (correct me if I'm wrong)

Get an EM1 Cluster the red line point is 7800rpm and is higher than the EK Gli.

it should be a plug and play item.
