Redline make Brake Fluid as well? Although I highly doubt I need DOT5 for road use. Some good DOT3 would do the trick.
Just use DOT4 as you need to use an equivalent or higher rated fluid. DOT5 is incompatible with other fluids. DoOT5.1 is compatible but it tends to absorb water moisture very quickly, not much point on a car driven on the street.
Ah, alright. I'm gonna give my brakes a flush this weekend. You guys have any recommendations and where to get?
Honda brake fluid is DOT4 and guaranteed to be compatible with the seals. Otherwise, I have used Castrol Super Response DOT4 as well in my Euro. But mine is a 2004, so it is still too soon to tell if I have damaged the seals.
