eg guy in a da9: love or hate?

    hey all,

id like to share a lil story. on the weekend i went for a lil drive in a mates da9 teg, he just bought it as a daily, it was bone stock, minus jdm headlights and front bar, cheap 15s on it everything else was stock as. it was a auto, 300000ks on it. i was like yeah das r coo, dont know if id rock on tho.

anyways we went for a drive round the place for like 1.5hrs. damn seats were comfy as!! i was loving it lol. the interior was so nice and seemed well thought out, i was so impressed. then he hit some corners and gave it some stick(i know an auto lol) anyways it went and handled so well.

i was damn impressed! i never thought i could WANT to drive a da9 but they have been put on my list of cars i might buy if i wrecked my eg.

u da9 guys have got a gem! lucky u! i reakon a da9 with some stiff springs and i/h/e would be a mad lil machine. gutted too of coarse

anyways jist of this story, da9s r sweet!! i want one LOL well if i ever need another car they would certainly be on 'the list'

    mad respect for da9rs

here is a random pic i came accross today of a cool da:

not widely known for its drift characteristics, the DA9 doesnt mind getting sideways in the wet...

here she is tackling the Mount Panorama Hillclimb in late 2003

and a very nice artistic shot at the Liverpool MegaCentre carpark mid 2004

As one of the other members have said "My LS is my Life"

i love mine.. even though it had the torn/worn drivers seat edge and a 200,000KM 1.8L motor it still was an awesome car to drive... but now with new seats (dc5 the black cloth ones) and a new engine (H22) she goes like no tommorrow.. but honestly i wouldnt know which car to buy if i had to get another....
