Can anyone answer my questions about my noobness in regards to car mechanics

I used a place called stateroads when i got my DC2R from melb. They sent me a 5 page report about the car. Jacked it up, comp tested it, did a REVS check, went over paint with a meter to test the thickness. Cost me $280, money well spent!
