    Strips of industrial strength velcro? the boot is like smooth plastic right you can buy those sorta double sided tape velcro stuff that attaches to both sides and can be riped off velcro style

    When i had my compartment in there,all i did was lay some carpet down on top.With a sub box covered in carpet it didnt move anywhere..
