Eg4 dual Carb help!!!!!

hi,
m new to Autralia, recently bought a 93 civic eg with dual carb...
problem is when cold start..gives a black smoke with kinda puff puff missing sort...gets better after 5-7 mins...i know the carb is over fueling..but how to fix it..
plz keep this in mind have got plugs, air filter, oil etc everything changed...car runs fine once gets to normal operating temperature...
did take out the golden carb grill out..did some carb spray and cleaned it there...idling is better bcoz of this a normal operating temp...
don't have enough tools with me and the experience of honda carb...thats y didn't open the carb completely...
can anyone plz provide with a solution alongwith pictures.....????????

Carbies need to be tuned or rebuild.

sounds like auto choke is fuucked.

a common problem. either put up with it, or convert to manual choke.

or sorry to mention this early...the auto choke did take a long time earlier...since a sprayed carb spray..its comes on after 5min usually...can u plz lemme know which one is the auto choke...so i can open it and clean it...
and where to get the rebuilt done...how much will it cost...
