cl7 cluster into cl9

so installing a cl7 cluster into a cl9, you will lose ur k's reading, but im not worried, the thing is

the srs airbag and seatbelt lights come on, how do you fix this/reset this? or can't you

also, the OEM cluster has one green plug insert, where you plug that one cluster plug into. tho the cl7 has two green inserts, the second being some small one (the oem has this too but doesnt have the insert). what was this insert for?

with out cutting the wires ?
