would you recommend something else for daily driving, like OEM replacement?

please get an exedy organic clutch kit. Had it on 3 previous cars incl. my ep3R.

This is a HD clutch pressure plate ( gives heavier feel) and organic clutch disc ( gives better longevity compared to OEM ) and better engagement. Fantastic to use in pretty much all street applications and decent use at the drag strip or track.

Is that the HD clutch under the Sports Tuff series or the Stage 1 in the Racing series of the Exedy product range?

its called sports organic
not heavy duty.

what ben is referring to is the pressure plate has higher clamping pressure than oem thus it's a heavy duty clutch. not the name is hd.

does both sports tuff and racing series exedy clutch kits come with a lightweight flywheel?
or is it only the racing series?

thought you had to buy flywheel seperately.

i dont think any clutch kit would come with flywheel.
its always separate.

clutch kit usually only clutch plate, pressure plate, pilot bearing/bush and release bearing. plus some grease.

Depends on clutch kit - if the diameter of the plate is the same as stock then you will only get the clutch - if the diameter is different then you must change the flywheel and in this case the kit will come with flywheel...
