    Well I pulled my headlight out and poured the water out of it, seriously like half a litre, and let it dry out for 24 hours, replaced the silica gel sachet that was in the headlight (obviously Honda knew this was a problem when they installed these) and replaced my bulbs. It's been two weeks and my headlights are still dry, been driving in rain almost every day since (I live in Melbourne). And Nightbreakers are great...

    The Osram Nightbreakers are Rebadged to Narva BluePower (Should be available at Repco).

    They reworded some of the package so it says ADR Approved.
