Buy a new washer then, but there's still every change the oil is just tracking down from a leak higher up. That's my bet anyway.
Dizzy seal you'll just have to bite the bullet and do it.
As for the oil rings, how much smoke are you blowing/how much oil are you losing? If the compression rings are still uncompromised then it's up to you what you do with those - leave them or rebuild the engine. My oil rings are stuffed but only blow smoke at high RPM and I don't lose much oil at all, so personally I'm prepared to leave them for now because the compression is still excellent.
Spark plug seals (assuming you refer to the little round ones) are a very simple job. Just take off your valve cover, pop the old ones out, and put the new ones in. Take you half an hour or so.

Im going through about 2litres per 1000kms, roughly
Im waiting til my next oil change and get a packet of washers and a dizzy cap
Tomorrow im going to check the rotor and see how its doing
About a month ago i replaced my upper spark pkug seals and valve cover gasket
As it was literally pissing out rtv everywhere, so i cleaned that up
In 12,000kms ill reach the 250,000km mark
Ill do my lower spark plug seals and a valve adjustment
As for my oil rings i rev to 1000 rpms and theres white smoke
If i idle in the same spot a get a pool of vapour/oil under my exhaust
I need to get myself a compression teset and leak down tester and timing light and torque wrench
what do you recon about the oil in the picture?
Its where the tranny mates with the block... im guessing its one of those things thats out of my hands
Until i pull out the whole engine, tranny and all

Hard to tell from the pictures mate. There's no oil in the housing where the GBox meets the block, so it won't be leaking from there. Most likely leaking about it and tracking down to the groove.
Need more pictures from multiple angles to try and ascertain but it will always be difficult with pics

what i would do, is getting another engine (h22), or overhaul the engine. if engine is losing 2 liters per 1000km so that's really bad. other than that, sell the car and get another car. overhaul, or engine swap gonna cost some money 1k-2.5k, depends if it's Diy,or at mechanic shop. Imo get another car

Won't get it swapped into your car for $2,500 though.

Chance it's the rear main seal.
Located behind the flywheel - if there is a gap or even a weep oil can leak out either when stationary ( over night) or with inertia as the engine operates.
As the leak is down below , you are using a considerable amount of oil and in inconsistant patches around the mating surfaces of the clutch housing and engine it could very well be working its way out.
Drop the box and replace the seal. Replace clutch (if manual) at the same time

The car is manual, as u can see the cooling for the gearbox. Also the leak Does not look that bad.

In the bottom picture
That leak is always there
So it could be leaking oil down to the botton
Ive got two options here
Drop in my old f22b3 from my old cd5
Including the gearbox as the car only has 165,000kms
I still have my wreck at home
Or as Ben said, drop the gearbox
I didnt know you could drop the box without pulling out the motor?
This is interesting
And yes it is an automatic
I cant afford a h22a
Saving up for wedding, kid, house
But i love my (fiances) car hahaha

Yes ofcourse it can be removed with the engine still in.
Just drop the gearbox and find the issue/ identify the leak
Likely rear main seal. Check the torque converter while the box is off too.
Mate keep saving for those things DONT waste money on this car. Just fix what's wrong with it

Could be the oil cooler o-ring gasket behind the oil filter. That was whats wrong with mine and it was leaking oil like a mofo.
