Mike, symphorced is right you will need at least a liter so roughly 2 bottles I got 3 just incase, and clutch I went thru 2 bottles as well,

Brand wise not much difference, use oem for day to day but when track day comes I use motul rbf600 but like symphorced mention really costly $30 a bottle roughly?
I let my Mrs hit Vtec, Maybe you should too!

2 bottles is enough for full flush on brakes and clutch.
you dont need much at all to flush clutch fluid. probably 200ml

What's everyone oil pressure at warm idle? Mines been around 24, and even as low as 19psi idling at warm temp.. Seems abit low...

I don't have a gauge but sometimes when i botch a launch the oil light briefly flashes. Eg when I let clutch out too fast and revs drop to around 400.

Hmm it used to be around 28psi idling until i hooked up a water temp gauge and tapped the power from the oil pressure gauge. Not sure if it's related or just the weather becoming hotter... 19psi just seemed abit low..

I'd recommend using Motul RBF600. Very pricey though!

Those were OEM, i've upgaded to Mugen. Very similar to OEM and it still has an oil filled mount.
