CL9 luxury headlights into base model

hi guys, i want to install the accord euro luxury (stock xenon/hid) headlights into a base model. i've been told and figured that the low beam connector is different (correct me if im wrong) as shown in the following pictures.

Here is the stock xenon/hid headlight with the oem ballast which is where the low beam connector goes into?

Here is the base model headlight and circled in red is where the low beam connector goes into?

Does anyone have any input into what i need to do in order for me to install it? Can i just buy some sort of plug and play wire harness to convert the base model connector into the connector needed to fit into the ballast? Any help appreciated. cheers

i havent received the headlights yet so i cant try it yet. just trying to get some feeback before i attempt the conversion.
in my mind it should work if i just splice on the low beam connector from the luxury cl9 into the base model but i just want to see if anyone could confirm it. probabaly best to ask an electrician

Yeah i know what you're talking about. But im not sure whether the low beam connection from the base model fits into the ballasts? Is it the same plug?

^ similar situation here, might just have to splice if its not direct plug and play.

I'm pretty sure this part (http://tinypic.com/r/2ugpi4o/6) of the plug fits into the ballast of the HID headlight but i don't know about the other side that's why im thinking you have to splice it on.

I just quickly took a picture of the connection that goes into the low beam of the base model euro, http://tinypic.com/r/25u659d/6

Im assuming if we splice on this head,
    http://tinypic.com/r/2ugpi4o/6
    onto this connector,
    http://tinypic.com/r/25u659d/6
    then it should work?

Unless of course the connections are both the same then no splicing is needed.

Hi There, not sure if im barking up the wrong tree, but i was under the impression that HIDs are only legal when fitted with height adjusters which you wont have on a base model.Correct me if im wrong.......
