Thanks, unfortunately I'm in Brisbane so he's not a viable option, but I'm definitely going to get it done soon as mine have been sprayed numerous times by previous owner/s and they're awful.

My Gruppe M intake arrived yesterday so I thought I would install it last night. It took a little over two hours. According to Gruppe M this is a new and improved version which addresses some of the fitment issues that the earlier versions suffered from. After taking it for a drive, all I have to say is that it left me without speech (speechless). The sound and performance is unbelievable and worth every cent.

is the fitment issue that you mention the section where the scoop fits...

coz my scoop and that panel area seems to be coming off.. and when i pop up my hood... it scoop and bonnet scratches...

The scuttle (the piece that the scoop clips on to) fits perfectly which I secured to the windscreen with some double sided tape provided. I needed to remove about 2mm's off the right hand side of the scoop with a file to give it good clearance.

yeah i think my scuttle is just getting loose... guess i need to place new double side tape of the scuttle and hope for the best...
