To wire tuck its simple just redo engine loom so that its just long enough to the firewall. As for shaving the bay it requires: Welding Bogging Sealing Painting There are many ways of doing it and many guideline threads on Honda tech It's all about being creative so u can come up with ur own way of doing it. I'm currently shaving my bay and I'll post once it's done

Extremely time consuming and tedious task! Better to DIY so you know where everything is rather than getting someone else to do it.
