    CU2 after market GPS/DVD

I've had fitted an after market 8" GPS to my manual Lux 2012 Euro.
It generally works well, but has a few quirks. I had a rear camera fitted as well. Has anybody else had this unit fitted?
    It is a Xudox unit:

The screen has a pop-up screen that shows the original display for radio, CD, Air Con and bluetooth, however there is no display for AM stations and the FM stations only show the frequency i.e. 935.0, not 93.5
There are three clocks, the original in the pop-up screen, a clock in the GPS and one in the normal display. However the normal display clock cannot be adjusted and runs 2 hours slow (3 hours slow with daylight saving)

At AUD1200 it's definitely a huge markup The China version is RMB2580 or about 400 Aussie dollars, see link at http://item.taobao.com/item.htm?id=14788665122

I wonder what navigation data they use. Is it Garmin standard format or some proprietary thing? I'd get it just for the DVD/video playback and Bluetooth support. The clock problem makes it sound dodgy as hell though.

cheers for the pic. Personally it wouldnt bother me too much. But I can see where your coming from though. Have you tried any videos etc? How did you find video playback? Or the bluetooth?

DVDs work great and take advantage of the standard 10 speaker sound system. I played Eagles DVD and it sounded better than our home system. Videos can be played via USB or DVD in the DVD player or via the micro card slot in the display unit.
The system can be played whilst driving or can be disabled.
The bluetooth system works well and can copy all your contacts for display in the system, however the speaker is a single unit built into the dispay unit, so I prefer to use the factory unit in the Euro. The bluetooth does not seem to allow for audio streaming from the iPhone. The iPhone can be plugged into the DVD player USB and works the same as the USB in the centre console.

The unit uses this GPS system via a micro SD card.
