From first hand experience, AEM/Injen CAI do make gains over stock, but the Mugen makes more. The two intakes with best gains for Integra (apart from ITB's) are Mugen and ITG. But at $1000 they arent bang for buck like Injen at$550. Comptech is good too, but most people with first hand experience rate Mugen higher, especially with high lift cams.
