and all the ones in syd are pieces of shyte to be honest... high ks and dirty as, unless you're able to point me to one that could prove me wrong

fussy... i thought as much. You're severly limiting your range there. Accept a few faults - they can always be fixed.

Yeah after speaking to a few s2k owners I've realised there's always going to be some faults with a 10+ year old car. And its a matter of finding one with minor faults as opposed to major ones.

My 03 AP1 is about to be put on carsales. Its Black with Tan interior. 68,000kms, log books, never been in an accident. 19 inch rims, coilovers, intake and cat back. the car was on gumtree a while ago and i also called the dealer up that the previous owner traded it in to and they said the reason its on PPSR register is because of a suspension problem - they say no physical damage etc but yeah whatever to be honest id stay away - there's a reason that car is still for sale at that price and those k's - its been up for a good 3+ months (never sold on gumtree hence the trade-in).

Ahh thanks man, pretty hard finding a good condition s2 these days.
Do all the s2 have diff whines? Or is it just the fuel pumping in..

u gotta pay to play with s2ks i tried searching for ages with a lower budget and yeah unless u settle for high ks and stuff there's no way

I just picked up a silver with red leather ap1. In absolutely immaculate stock condition (only two small scratches on the entire body, minus three or so stone chips!) with 57,000kms owned by a 54 year old for the last 7 years. The prev owner kept a folder with reviews on the car along with a bunch of other s2000 related documents. Full honda log books. Had it checked out as well with no accident history or previous panel work. I was looking for ages. They're hard to come by in good condition that's why you pay for a good one.

I'd sell it for the right price but I'm in melbourne
