S-Techs (if that's which ones he has) are meant to be the better of the springs, and are on the boundary line of having to replace your struts, according to the US forums.

Yeah, i got S-Techs. The ride quality is very similar to stock, because i am still using stock shocks. Although if i had a chance to go back and do it again I would have went for rebuildable coilovers as aries mentioned.

what's also important is coilies that you can get rebuilt... LOCALLY
