Yeah they're too weak. I was this close to getting them in 17x9.5 +18 which would set your car off perfectly.

I run spacers on the front, have been for 18 months or more. I suggest you get 2 sets of 20mm.

Problem with rpf1s is that until they get 9inches wide and around +20 offset the faces look soft.

Only thing thats stopping me from going aggressive is because i take a full load quite often. I was thinking around 10-15mm of 2 sets. What brands of spacers you running Duffy? Eibachs are heaps good but a but pricey. At the moment im running 215/45 tyres and i think i should switch to 215/40 when i do get the spacers.

Hey guys quick question on wheel fitment. I've read the EP3/FN/FD wheel setup thread and still need a bit of confirmation.
I'm looking to get 18x9 + 32 wheels for my FD. Planning to lower to about 1 finger gap on Buddyclub C N+ coilovers soon. Will I run into scrubbing issues with 225/40 kumho KU31 tyres? I'm looking at these tyres because they meet the minimum load rating. I'm aware that I'll need a bit of guard work (front and rear?) but will that completely eliminate scrubbing?

    Thanks!

My x-force.. This was on a fd1 with a fd2r rear bumper.. If u want to fit it on fd1 with stock rear bumper, mods need to b made for clean fitment as fd2r muffler openin is more to the right

how about on a standard fd1 bumper with and without a rear lip?
what type of mods are you talking about? like hacking the rear bar or getting longer rubbers so it hangs slightly lower
