It depends what your goals are and what your budget is.

If you're just wanting to fix this rich issue then get Dede to check it out for you, it might be timing out of whack or the SAFC needs a bit of adjustment =)

Only consider the piggyback ECU if you're wanting to finish off bolt-on mods [I/H/E ie Intake/Headers/Exhaust] =)
