    Adding wings/diffusers/lips/splitters to your car will not make any difference to your car's performance, it most likely will just increase drag and hence will actually decrease the performance.

    If you want to make any use of an aerodynamic device you'll need to tune/engineer it, for example lowering a car can make it produce even more positive lift.

    About the dash, lower your steering wheel column first, and then take out the black plastic housing via the 2 screws on the top. You will then see 4 screws holding the dash in, unbolt those and your dash should be free.

    actually, i guess the real issue is I feel that the rear of the car is a bit too light and seems to jump up when ever i go slightly faster over rugged pavement. Whats the best cure?

    also lowering my car seems to expensive but cutting off the springs seems unsafe

    You should look into your vehicle dynamics, ie. suspension set-up. Tuning your suspension will make a world of difference.
