Civic 2007 Wiper insert refill (where to buy?)

Hello guys,

Where to buy wiper rubber for civic 2007 sport?
I asked my local dealer, and they quoted me $60 for both, which is quite expensive I think. Had googled it, and most of the USA people got it for $5ea.
