HELP! Ground Control Coilover Springs with Skunk2 Shocks

Hey guys i need your suggestion, with the ground control coilovers, it actually doesnt sit where the springs normally sit (refer to photo i found on google). so my opinion in the end was planning on just putting the springs in with my skunk2 sport shocks on all 4 corners. So ... is it possible to just sit the springs on where it typically sits? Or is it unsafe to do so? Thanks for your help guys!

I dont mind the lowness it wont be a dd car anyway. It wouldn't matter as much if the spring is loose when shock is at full extension right?

    What are you even doing?

What's wrong with the ground control coilovers? Are you throwing them out or something?

I think your Spring's ID are not correct to be used on the Skunk2's?

Photo might be deceiving but the springs doesn't seem it will fit on the base...

nah curtis some of my threads are all worn and they wont go back up and stuff (had them on for 3 years) so its not in the best condition.

And DreadAngel i was told it works (i seen people on clubcivic who have this setup) but yeah i also too think the springs won't fit on the base. I heard it will sit but its diameter is a tad too big.

Yeah that can work but what if i want to go lower then what the sleeve can offer? Can i just drop the springs in the seats? Has anybody tried that? Tried googling and no results.
