You must have gotten fakes. I got genuine ones and gained 50kw at all four wheels.

or interest in EP3R has risen, the good ones are being kept, the bad or not as good ones are being pushed as the owners know they'll get more then what they're worth ;-)

That seems to be the case. As looks like there aren't much good quality ep3 coming in now.
