Speedo needle *Faulty*

Hey guys, im having some trouble after switching the Speedo plate from the Audm to the JDM 180km plate. After doing so the speedo needle sits at 80km when i start the car. Then as i drive it goes up to 100km and up as i speed... I've taking the needle out and re-installed with no luck...

you have probably damaged the speedo dial

removing and reinstalling the needle without damage is not an easy task

try holding the pin and twisting the needle to the correct rest position.
