b18c2 in dc4 swap help needed

hi, i am currently in the process of swapping a b18c2 into a dc4 and was wondering if i need the loom from a dc2 or can i just modify the dc2 one.

and also, i've been searching but can't find a guide on the swap, can someone link me to one?

Better off using the B18C2 loom. It has the wiring for IAB, VTEC solenoid, knock sensor, etc

It depends if the engine and car are the same OBD series, are they both OBD1?

If so you should only need to add a knock sensor wire/plug and vtec solenoid and IAB wires/plugs.
