Probably change your cat back system with something along the lines of a Fujitsubo powergetter/rm01a or like hau said his Toda exhaust. These exhausts are quite down low end but are loud higher rpm. I have injen cai/tegiwa 4-2-1 headers+100cel highflow cat/powergetter and it's quiet low end and loud through out the higher rpm range.

If you want a quieter set up, I recommend the buddyclub pro spec 3. Quietest exhaust ever made specifically targeting drivers who want something more subtle. It's quieter than a stock exhaust setup. (srs)

I dont think it is andy. Ive heard it in person and its not that quiet. The sound does change depending on the headers and intake you choose too. For a relatively quiet exhaust then the fujistubo power getter or the toda. They are both very quiet exhausts. If you want loud then the buddyclub spec 3 and skunk2 exhausts are one of the loudest out there.
