About to pour some dough into an Injen CAI. I believe the location would be right behind the foglights, so that's pretty well covered from water. I do know there's been times of heavy rain, and water builds up at the kerb, and I've driven over them in the past, kicking up a wave of water. Now will that sort of water reach the CAI and cause hydrolock? Or does it have to be completely submerged to cause?
Buy a hydroshield and you'll be fine, its in a position where you won't hydro lock unless you're trying really hard to.
Don't buy it from JDMyard as well, they'll rip you off lmao.
