Wasn't sure what to do and I called Honda Service Centre to see if they could provide any advise or even maybe have a look at it. Long story short, they were not much help.
That does not instil confidence in the Honda name one little bit, maybe we need a name and shame thread for Dealerships to keep them on their toes.
