Unfortunately he T-Boned a lady at 70kmh who decided to just go instead of reading the sign and stopping before he could put them in.

I'll do the week to week comparo and find out which feels better IMO. Not being a racer and my EK being a daily which sees about 900 kays a week the softness might be welcomed... But we'll see!
