Most likely I'll buy an early model Accord Euro Luxury to keep for a while so I can save some money and be comfortable driving it daily. Then a year or two down the line I might look into a 370z.
Top one looks dodgy with no grill, painted rear diffuser and questionable bonnet line. Front and rear collisions?
Lower example looks like fenders are rolled, stanced suspension is for looks and obviously metal has been cut to make the ap2 rear lights fit.
^ +1 first one definitely looks dodgey - That radiator is definitely not stock, not sure if its just the pics but the rocker cover looks faded as, the painted rear diffuser also raises alarms, the edges of the bonnet looks chipped/rusted? bonnet definitely doesn't line up & missing grill/tow hook cover.
Probably a bad front end repair job and cbf'd to replace the small bits, i'd personally stay away from that one.

I'm glad you didn't drop the price on carsales by too much. So many ppl are in a rush to sell and drop it below what it's really worth. Kills the entire market. Patience is all it is.
Re:370 have you driven one? I was in the same boat a few months back when I wanted to sell my honda for the 370 until I drove one. Each to their own but I thought it needed more power. The engine only really pulls you when you're in the passenger seat. And the s2000 still wins in the handling department. It is newer though and does look awesome but i didn't find it to be a better car than my s2000 (for 10k or so more). in the end i didn't bother buying one.
