Monte Carlo blue s2000 that has rego ATA 652 belongs to me but some scammer is using the shots the owner before me used to sell the car...... So annoying

You should inform the car sale company. At best it's an identity theft scam.

I had a look at it, the engine and gearbox/clutch are fine. However the condition of the rest of the car is ****ed.

if he says it is, just take his word for it, spending a fair sum, better off not buying it to look around and realise why. check twice buy once.
