i think most of the mods do a pretty good job of it all. if anyone has a problem with the modding all they need to do is bring it up with wyn or the respective mod and something will be done about it if need be.
I reckon this forum is a pretty tidy and well organised with everything kept in it's place. There's every oportunity to communicate with mods if any probs at any time and seems they try and do the right thing. Personally I'd have trouble fitting in modding with my life and work while not getting paid.
So hats off to the mods! Good job!

Now this thread is going OT. Like I said before, I do not decide who becomes a mod.......the other moderators AND myself have a say in it. That is exactly how jess got picked (she didn't choose).
What do you guys think of the way ozhonda moderator running this forums?
