How bad is the damage? Affect sound?

It just has a crack on the inside of the tip.
And a few scratches under because cars low.

No effects to the sound. No cracks on muffler. No exhaust leak
Overall The exhaust is slightly louder than OEM. Gives the car a deeper note though.

I'll make a short clip when mum goes out. Around 5:00pm-ish

Not straight bolt on aye? Will need to chop and weld a flange on.

Not a flange. They'll chop off your stock pipe and then weld it straight onto the Muffler.

The Varex mufflers have a Flange

You can see a little crack on the tip. But it wasnt very visible as i recorded it on a iPhone
Might cost around $50 to install. depending where you go
