At that stage the car was running rich just because it was a very cold start and it was early in the morning. WE have been working through some bugs int he system, the latest one we are getting through is the car si running a stupid amount of boost 15psi to be exact.

This is because the spring in the external waste gate is to strong and is not letting out enough pressure so we have purchased a 6psi rated spring and one we get it we will be able to properly tune it. Slowly we will also be able to increase the power when the Injectors and the fuel pump arrive. We did one test and have definitely confirmed that the stock injectors can't handle over about 9psi.

Ill post up some photos soon.

Depends on how much power your making. They should be able to handle 130-150kw but you'll be working them way too hard. Fuel pump can dig it too, but same problem working too hard.

Just get a Walbro 255 an some 440's.

We have ordered some 1000cc injectors and have also ordered a fuel pump, they should come soon. For now we are just going to tune the car with what we have.

I think that the biggest game changer will be the spring, because the car just can't handle so much boost. Its hitting the 15psi at like 4000rpm. We still have another 3000rpm left haha.

4000rpm seems a little late. What are the rear housing specs? .82 or bigger?

Well considering its hitting 14psi at 4000 and all we want to run for now is 6psi id say its not coming on late. It hits about 6psi at roughly 2500 or 3000RPM which is about right especially since we will be tracking it.

Got myself a New steering wheel so we can delete the airbag and the wiring that goes with it.

get some 6psi spring and install e-boost controller, so when u drive to the track, keep it low boost, when u hit the race track go banana.

We got the spring and the car is still running 14psi of boost, Sooooo we think that the wastegate is faulty and isnt opening when it should.

We are waiting for the new wastegate to come.
