Anyone know how to remove the rearview mirror from 08 Civic VTI

Hi everyone,

I am installing a rearview mirror with auto dimming and reverse camera monitor. Anyone know how to remove the rearview mirror ? I've search online and the instructions are for the Civic from USA, their mirror is different to ours.
