um.. to answer ur question - no experience with nos.. ask urself, what u want it for, and is it worth the upkeep
remember nos is a serious no no for the street as if caught with it the cops will instantly impound your car and issue you with a fine for having an unsafe vehicle

WA is different to VIC, ill look into it. i think your allowed to have it in car just not connected.
