da9: not getting power to aircon, headunit or cig hole

my da9 just started a strange problem, when i turn the car on, it gets power to the headunit and my phone charger through cig lighter hold but once i start the engine the headunit and my charger seems to just lose power and also the aircon.. anyone had anything similar? or know what it could be?

Just wondering if your car has had any electrical changing at all... have you checked your fuses? sounds electrically fault nothing mechanical obviously. Find out the power supply from the units and prong along till you find the faulty earth, wire or an open or something. But check all fuses and direct power supply from each unit.

    Alternator or battery.

Head down to a battery place and they will give you a free check on the battery and let you know what is up with that.

Might sound like a strange question but is your rear window demister working? That's a telltale that the ICU (not ECU) needs repair/replace and that can cause other weird electrical problems.

They warm up a bit after a while, you should be able to feel it as long as the air temp is cool ish.

Maybe try holding a boiled kettle in the boot?
