You WILL have to remove the shock from the car and use a spring compressor, remove the spring, and disassemble it
in my opinion its not worth it to pull the whole thing apart just to replace the lower shock mounts,
might as well do the upper shock mount too and other bits
Or you can just by second hand ones from the wreckers and hope theyre in good nick/or find a guy on gumtree wrecking a cd5 accord and lowball him
