I went to Hanny's to have my car serviced, told Rob ( top bloke ) that I want to do the belt. I really expressed to him how paranoid I was and he kept patting my back saying do not worry !!! and of course I trust him so I didn't change my belt. (FYI: My car is 5 years old at 70000km)
How long does it take to do the belt? I asked my g/f's mechanic and he looked at my car (eg gli 94 sedan) He quoted me $240 (just labour, i provide the belt) - 3 hrs work Should i keep looking around?
$80 / hr for labour, eek...
takes 1 to 2 hours depends on the type of honda, maybe 3 plus hours on an nsx
