    Headunit acc power faulty!!

So I bought an eg civic last week My first japanese car I have owned and loving it so far.
I decided to install a new headunit in, previously had the stock Honda one in it. Wired everything up perfectly using an Aerpro Harness. Connected everything up, all was working well until i turned the ignition off and the headunit was flashing on and off. I got the multi meter out, unplugged the headunit and found that the acc wire had 11v running across it when the ignition is off and 12v at ignition on. Checked the fuses and i took out the cigarette and headunit fuse and I was still getting constant power 12v and acc. Now at this point I have no idea where to go from here.

    Any help would be great.
    Thanks

I figured it out. Previous owner had an led installed to flash when the car is off and he had installed it from the fuse panel which had somehow looped constant power on the acc power. All fixrd now
