    hey im just about to take my car in to get the clutch and flywheel done, heres what i got quoted:

    Exedy Clutch :$250
    Flywheel Machined: $30
    Engine Seal (Spiggot i think its called): $60
    Labour & Install: $300

    Total: $640

    it should be a 'piolet bearing' or 'spigot bearing' (it goes in the flywheel)

    as well as a new 'release bearing' (it pushed the clutch springs)

    Isn't machining the flywheel to make it lighter a bad idea? Less tolerence to stress?
