Bit of an update, been working on the pedal. A few things to consider, achieving OEM pedal position is key whilst still ensuring full stroke of the CMC. Clearing the steering column is another one... Definitely useful having an ED as my daily for an easy reference point

using masking tape to ensure a straight edge

new mounting plate cut from 2mm plate
Holes drilled and position marked

mounting plate and small gussets ready to weld after cleaning weld areas
and ready to go. When welding flat plate it helps to use some form of heat sink (aluminium) to draw the heat out of the material and reduce distortion
