Wheres a fair place to get your honda lowered and how low legally can you lower your car?

Where: Your garage. Buy some king springs or similar from the internet. Otherwise just call around all the shops in your area.

Legalities: Depends on your state. In vic must not be less than 10cm from the lowest point from your car, no more reduction than 1/3 of original travel... I think..., headlights must be at least 60cm from the ground. It's all on vicroads website.

As far as I know, you will need some sort of aftermarket suspension to replace the stock ones.

Either:

- Shock and spring
or
- Coilovers

The lowest you can go is 100mm from the lowest point of the car.
